Purpose: Frontier FFA will host Pitch Perfect: Resume Ready, a hands-on workshop where members will build their own resumes with guidance from a Laramie County School District #1 Hiring Manager. This activity will prepare members for future job and scholarship opportunities, with a goal of helping at least 20 members create a polished resume.

Why: According to recent surveys, over 50% of hiring managers spend less than a minute reviewing a resume, and one in five students feel unprepared to write one. A strong resume can open doors to scholarships, internships, and careers. Pitch Perfect: Resume Ready gives members the tools and support they need to confidently showcase their skills and take the first step toward their future.
